The Multnomah County Elections Office will post pdf files of all the ballot measure and candidates' statements later today. Here is the one Dave Lister and I submitted. I'm going to be interested to see how it's formatted in the Voters' Pamphlet. For those scoring at home, it's 323 words, two less than the maximum allowed.

Last year, we ran for City Council because we love Portland.


During that race, we agreed to disagree about many things.


Like public campaign financing, for which Amanda was the first candidate to qualify. Dave chose private financing, because he thought there should have been a vote.
