She was the first candidate ever to qualify for Portland's Public Campaign Financing in her run for Portland City Council in 2006. My favorite small town in America. I love the bookstores and art stores and surrounding opportunities for outdoor adventures. If I had to live in a small town, I'd probably choose Moab.
